Medal delays can occur from time to time. We have no control over factory delays. We will keep you updated on our Facebook pages. 

Within 3 to 5 days from purchase or before the challenge start date, you will receive an email with your instructions and e-bib for you to customize.  We host our events in our Full Medal Runners group on Facebook, so please join us there for motivation and support.
